Butterless Biscuits

Biscuits without butter

I Have tried this recipe as my first experiment with new Oven, my family purchased.
Even though Biscuits are not appearing as Biscuits, but tasted better. Can try, for fun and its easy doing.

Ingredients:
All purpose floor (Maida)  - 2 Cups
Baking powder                   - 2 Table Spoons
Salt                                     -  1 Table Spoon
Powdered Sugar *                -  1 Cup
Eggs                                    -  2 no's
General Vegetable oil         -  2/3 Cup
Pure Vanilla essence           -  2 Spoons
*Note: Powdered Sugar is grind regular sugar.

Making:
Take a mixing vessel/ bowl/ dish and put Maida, Powered Sugar, Salt and Baking powder in to it and mix it properly. After that, put eggs and oil in to it and make bater with this, without adding water or anything in to it. Meanwhile preheat you Oven at 180 degrees centigrade. Once your ready with bater, which should be similar to roti bater, make small balls of Cherry size and slightly press in middle with the bater as many as possible.

Once Oven is preheated, Place pressed Cherry sized balls in to it, leave place for each ball to bulge, as size of cooked biscuit is thrice its original. Cook the balls at 180 degrees Centigrade for 15 minutes in convention mode of your Oven.

Enjoy the biscuits.
